AI Engineer

We’re partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company building an AI-powered platform used by leading organisations to discover insights from large, complex datasets.

They’re looking for an AI Engineer to build production AI features, helping shape the next generation of agentic workflows and AI-powered search experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building AI-powered product features used by customers every day
• Developing agentic workflows using modern LLM frameworks
• Building RAG pipelines, tool calling, and AI orchestration
• Designing evaluation frameworks to improve AI performance
• Working closely with backend and frontend engineers to ship production features
• Experimenting with the latest AI models and frameworks

What They’re Looking For

• Strong Python experience (FastAPI or similar)
• Hands‑on experience building with LLMs in production
• Experience with RAG, tool calling, and agentic frameworks
• Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Engineers who enjoy shipping products rather than building research prototypes
• AI‑first product with real customer impact
• High ownership within a small engineering team
• Build production AI features from day one
• Fast‑moving environment with minimal bureaucracy
• Opportunity to work with the latest AI tooling and shape the product roadmap
