Product Owner – Manchester

Salary: £45,000 – 70,000 per year

• Proven experience in a product management or product owner role with a strong background in Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions and measure success
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others while fostering a collaborative environment
• A customer‑centric approach with a deep understanding of user experience and a passion for delivering products that delight customers

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with our business goals and customer needs
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on delivering the most valuable features
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure seamless product delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are met
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, driving data‑informed decisions
