We are seeking an experienced Camunda Lead Full Stack Developer with strong banking domain expertise who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and home; you will not be able to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

• Provide expert architectural guidance on Camunda 8 process orchestration patterns such as service tasks, user tasks, and job workers to meet business requirements.
• Deliver Camunda Java React‑based Lending Origination workflow solution.
• Oversee technical design and architecture ensuring alignment with wholesale lending design standards.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers and testers to deliver sprint objectives.
• Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity and throughput in governance forums.
• Lead adoption of relevant technologies and development practices including AI tooling.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and update JIRA in a timely fashion.
• Understand business requirements to write and implement clean, scalable, testable code.
• Ensure features and user stories are delivered with requirements and 100% automated test coverage. Provide third‑line support of the production environment and first‑line UAT.
• Meet CIB metric standards, including TADS, and maintain them.

Your Skills

• Camunda – 15 years of experience designing and implementing solutions.
• Backend technology – strong programming experience with Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, RestAssured and Mockito.
• Frontend technology – experience with React JS, Redux, Axios, CSS, JavaScript and HTML.
• Database experience – SQL and MS SQL preferred.
• Cloud technology – experience with aPaaS Openshift V4.
• DevOps tools – experience with GitLab, Stash, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube and Veracode.
• Build tools – experience with Maven, Gradle and NPM.
• Strong skills in test‑driven development, CI/CD and microservices.

Desirable Skills

• Computer Science degree or equivalent understanding of computer science, object‑oriented concepts, design and data structures.
• Experience working in an IT project environment, preferably in banking or financial sectors.
• Experience in an AGILE environment.
• Experience with message queues such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, etc.
