Senior Design Manager, Transport Infrastructure

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design delivery within our civil engineering team. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary design activities, managing budgets, and ensuring client requirements are met across infrastructure projects.

You will implement project controls, supervise graduates and apprentices, and work with UK and overseas teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions in a safety-conscious environment.
