Salary: £41,000 (£35,248.47 base salary + non‑contractual tronc)

Responsibilities

  • Providing a reactive maintenance service to guestrooms and guest requests
  • Assistance in providing a proactive maintenance service to guestrooms in respect of filter and vent cleaning, and showerhead de‑scaling
  • Ensuring that the appearance of the hotel public and back‑of‑house areas is maintained in respect to lighting
  • Ensuring a high standard of maintenance to general areas of the hotel both Front & Back of house in terms of minor technical tasks
  • Overseeing the operation of the Building Management System to ensure plant is run economically and effectively
  • Carrying out basic Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to fixtures and fittings within guest bedrooms in accordance with the company and departmental standards as required

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
