Complex Repairs Administrator

As Complex Repairs Administrator, you will provide vital support to the Complex Repairs Team covering Pests, Disrepair and Damp & Mould. You’ll be key in ensuring information and customers are kept up to date, and be involved in the scheduling of certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Complex Repairs Team covering Pests, Disrepair and Damp & Mould.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the scheduling of certain roles and coordinate logistics.
• Manage deadlines effectively while delivering reliable admin support.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proactive, empathetic and highly organized.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in providing accurate, reliable administration support is desirable.
