Senior Estimator – Residential Projects, London

Salter Grange in London is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing main contractor delivering residential developments, refurbishments and mixed-use schemes. You will prepare accurate tenders up to around £70m and work with the Pre-Construction team.

You will take-offs from drawings, price subcontracts, identify VE opportunities, and liaise with suppliers and clients. The role requires knowledge of UK construction methods and strong Excel and estimating software proficiency.
