Role Overview
Join us as a Product Designer reporting to the Head of Product Design. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership—to bring fresh perspectives to all product areas. The role offers a prime opportunity to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment, working independently while contributing to a stellar team of seasoned designers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams to design and ship features across the product.
- Communicate your vision and designs effectively by presenting your work to key stakeholders.
- Take accountability for high design quality and contribute to the design team’s culture and growth through knowledge sharing.
- Build product knowledge by speaking to internal experts, monitoring feedback channels, speaking with users, reviewing usage data, and conducting and synthesising user research studies and benchmarking to inform use cases and improvements.
- Turn complexity into simple, beautiful solutions that truly solve customer needs, requiring deep understanding of user problems and current technology capabilities.
- Design and prototype interfaces to make the product simple and elegant, paying attention to every detail—from lightweight prototypes to complex ones.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
- Exceptional visual and user interface design skills grounded in user‑centered design principles.
- Strong sense of consistency, colour, typography, and eye for detail, with experience building scalable design systems.
- Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions for partners and customers.
- Effective communication of product direction under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, calmness under pressure, creative problem‑solving, attention to detail, and passion for design.
- Ability to translate design concepts into production, collaborating with leadership and engineering to deliver high‑quality value to customers.
- Self‑starter with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Interview Process
- First Stage – Video call / in‑person with VP of Product Design (30 min).
- Second Stage – Case Study online with VP of Design & Design Team member (1 hour).
- Final Stage – In‑person presentation with VP of Design, Head of Product & CPO (45 min).
We aim to complete the interview process and deliver feedback within two weeks.
