Cleaner Care Ltd is growing – and we’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Operations Manager to lead a team of 40+ and oversee 100+ client contracts across North Wales. This is a leadership role with real impact – not a desk job.

Responsibilities

• Drive service standards and maintain quality across all client contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Take ownership of operational performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Location: Conwy (local travel required)

Hours: Full-time, permanent, flexibility required.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence essential.
