Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of customer service advisors handling inbound and outbound enquiries
- Oversee customer communications across phone, email, and online channels
- Monitor service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Handle escalated complaints and complex cases professionally
- Coordinate with installations, surveying, and compliance teams to keep customers informed
- Develop and improve customer service processes and scripts
- Produce weekly reports on team performance, complaint trends, and customer feedback
- Train and onboard new team membersEnsure compliance with consumer protection regulations and scheme requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising a customer service team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
- Experience in energy, utilities, housing, or home improvement sectors
- Understanding of vulnerable customers and fuel poverty issues
- Knowledge of government energy schemes (ECO, Warm Homes Plan, Boiler Upgrade Scheme)
