Role Overview

Waterfield Leisure Centre is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills to lead promotional campaigns and increase membership levels. This key role will be accountable for the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming, building strong partnerships with sporting partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming.
• Create effective promotional campaigns to increase membership levels.
• Build strong working relationships with sporting partners.

• Knowledge of swimming and a relevant qualification
• DBS check required before starting
