Trainee Office Administrator – £25,000 – £27,000 based in Camberley, Surrey

We’re looking for a career driven, organised and hands-on Trainee Office Administrator to join a busy team in Camberley. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in administration and develop into a key member of the office over time.
You might already have some admin experience, or you may be looking to move into an office role from retail, hospitality or another customer-focused background.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy officeProcessing customer and trade orders accuratelyHandling incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly wayOrganising appointments, schedules and meetingsMaintaining filing systems and office recordsOrdering supplies and helping with general administrationLiaising with suppliers, couriers and colleaguesPitching in wherever needed to support the wider teamWhat we’re looking for:
