What We’re Looking For
- GCSE Maths Grade 5 (or above) essential
- A genuine interest in engineering, mechanics, or manufacturing
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
The Role
- Learning specialist engineering processes
- Working with precision components and equipment
- Carrying out quality checks and measurements
- Following engineering drawings and specifications
- Developing fault-finding and problem‑solving skills
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
