Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence within the store
• Deliver world‑class customer service to customers and colleagues
• Prevent loss, theft and anti‑social behaviour
• Use store technology including body‑worn cameras and mobile reporting systems
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards
• Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

• A valid SIA Licence
• Previous security experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm and professional approach in challenging situations
• Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
• 5‑year checkable work history within the UK
