Overview

This role involves managing live refurbishment projects in West Bromwich. The Project Manager will work closely with a visiting Contracts Manager and will have day‑to‑day operational responsibility for live project(s).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the visiting Contracts Manager.
• Have day‑to‑day operational responsibility for live project(s).
• Manage various project types within the refurbishment sector.
• Work independently with confidence and decisiveness.
• Apply a positive can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

• Well‑rounded general main contracting experience.
• Previous refurbishment experience is essential.
• SMSTS training.
• First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package

• Salary up to £75,000, dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period.
• Company car or car allowance.
