Responsibilities
The personal training programme lead will be responsible for the effective leadership, management and continuous improvement of the full year 14 personal training programme, including both online and face-to-face delivery. The role will ensure that learners receive a high-quality education experience that supports successful completion, achievement and progression into employment, self-employment or further training within the active leisure, health and fitness sector.
Safety and Welfare
The safety and welfare of children are paramount to SCL; all applicants will be subject to thorough background checks to ensure their suitability to work with children. These will include, but are not limited to, reference checks, police checks, DBS checks and qualification checks.
