Pensions Lawyer – Private Practice

An excellent opportunity for a Pensions Associate to join a well‑regarded pensions team advising on a broad range of complex and high‑profile matters. This role offers exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious pensions work, including support on major corporate and cross‑border transactions, within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The Role

• Support on a wide range of pensions matters for employers, trustees and institutional clients
• Advise on pension scheme changes, deficits, restructurings and de‑risking exercises
• Assist on pensions aspects of corporate and cross‑border M&A transactions
• Draft and review pensions documentation and carry out legal research
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE (outside this range considered)
• Experience advising on pensions matters
• Exposure to corporate transactions and international client work
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Commercial, detail‑focused and able to manage competing deadlines
