Education Support Assistant – Eastbourne
Pink Tile Education is looking for an Education Support Assistant for a school in Eastbourne. This role is ideal for someone who wants a varied school-based job supporting pupils with learning, confidence, routines and wellbeing.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Eastbourne
- Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Role Type & Contract
- Role: Education Support Assistant
- Contract: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
- Start: As soon as possible or September
Responsibilities
- Support children in lessons, work with small groups, provide one-to-one support, and help pupils needing extra encouragement to stay focused and engaged.
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, anxiety or gaps in learning.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in schools, childcare, care, youth work, tutoring, coaching, nursery work or supporting children with additional needs would be useful.
- Reliable, kind and proactive.
