Fabric & Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Buildings

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Fabric / Maintenance Engineer for Enfield, North London. The role is based in a commercial building, with responsibilities spanning general maintenance, building fabrics, lighting, plumbing, carpentry and site-wide services.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, 08:00–17:00 hours, with overtime opportunities. You will work 2/3 days in Enfield and 2/3 days across London sites, with travel card provided and a clear route for progression.
