Job Overview
A Hot Tub Manager will lead and manage a team of 12 hot tub assistants at Away Resorts’ Flagship Resort, Tattershall Lakes. The role is hands‑on, requiring work outdoors in all weathers, and involves ensuring that all hot tubs comply with policies, maintaining water levels, and overseeing team effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of hot tub assistants.• Monitor compliance with health & safety standards and policies.• Maintain appropriate water levels and ensure all tubs operate safely.• Lead the team to work efficiently and effectively.• Adapt to work during bank holidays and other high‑demand periods.
