Charity Shop Manager
Location: Ainsdale, with occasional support across other Queenscourt Charity Shops in Southport, Formby and West Lancashire.
Salary: £25,017 to £26,331 per annum (pro rata, dependant on experience).
Hours: Permanent, 30 hours per week.
Summary: The Charity Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the shop under the direction of the Deputy Area Retail Manager and Area Retail Manager and collaborate closely with fellow Charity Shop Managers. Responsibilities include liaising with the Retail Stock Distributor, Retail Assistants, and members of the Volunteering team as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop under the direction of the Deputy Area Retail Manager and Area Retail Manager.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Charity Shop Managers.
- Liaise with the Retail Stock Distributor, Retail Assistants, and members of the Volunteering team as appropriate.
- Support online sales initiatives and manage Gift Aid processes.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and meeting budgets.
- Uphold Queenscourt’s reputation by presenting a welcoming and professional standard to the shop.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
- Be flexible and available to work across 7 days a week and may be required to work across other Queenscourt Charity Shops as and when required.
