Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is looking for an Early Childhood Specialist to lead pedagogical support within the Division South region. The ideal candidate will have a level three qualification in Early Childhood Education and significant experience in nursery leadership.
This leadership position involves conducting regular nursery visits, providing coaching and mentoring to nursery practitioners, and ensuring high-quality educational practices in line with the Bright Horizons philosophy.
Salary starts from £43k per annum, plus a £4k car allowance, with flexible working arrangements and numerous employee benefits.
