- Working pattern: Saturday 7am – 7pm, Sunday 7am – 1pm + 2 days during the week based on rota

As a Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Bristol, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You’ll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve meals to high standards
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support the Head Chef and wider catering team
- Prepare special dietary meals as required
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar catering or chef role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- A positive attitude and passion for food service
