Aldershot | £28,000 per annum | Office-Based | Free Onsite Parking

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking to join a friendly, supportive and growing business where your contribution will truly make a difference?

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Aldershot. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating customer orders and supporting the wider business to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, has a strong eye for detail and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing quotations, order confirmations and customer documentation.
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are progressed and delivered on time.
  • Providing customers with updates throughout the order process and resolving any queries promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the team with general administrative duties.
  • Delivering a professional and high standard of customer service at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience processing customer orders, quotations or customer information.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or internal systems.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively within a team.
  • A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
