HR Operations Specialist: Lifecycle & Data

Shipowners’ Club in London is seeking an HR Assistant on a permanent basis to join our global HR team. This varied, hands-on role supports colleagues across locations and covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

You will own system administration across HRIS, LMS, ATS and intranet, ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance, assist with projects, benefits administration, wellbeing initiatives and HR reporting.
