Apprentice Chef: Learn, Cook & Grow in Healthcare Kitchen

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is offering an Apprentice Chef position within our Catering Department. The role combines four days of hands-on work with one day of study at Weymouth College over 18 months, with pay throughout the apprenticeship.

You will learn, under experienced chefs, to prepare meals, handle ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain high food-safety standards in a healthcare setting, contributing to patient care and wellbeing.
