Responsibilities
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support daily living tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out regular wellbeing checks
- Follow care plans and company policies
- Work as part of a supportive care team
Qualifications
- Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential
- Kind, reliable and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Willing to complete required background checks
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Willing to hold or obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
