Home Care Worker – Driver OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support daily living tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Carry out regular wellbeing checks
• Follow care plans and company policies
• Work as part of a supportive care team

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential
• Kind, reliable and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Willing to complete required background checks
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
• Willing to hold or obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
