Hours: Full Time; 38 hours per week; Term Time Only

Responsibilities

• Work within all keystage areas to support learners with ASC and SEMH difficulties.
• Deliver 1‑2‑1, small group, and class‑level interventions where needed.
• Provide compassionate support to learners, promoting their well‑being and academic progress.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and governors to create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Reliable, committed and caring individual.
• Experience working with learners across key stages, preferably in special educational needs settings.
• Excellent role‑model qualities, trustworthy, and able to build positive relationships.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
