Customer Support & Operations Coordinator

enmacc is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to act as the first‑line support for our growing network of energy traders and to anchor operations enabling Revenue teams to scale. You will deliver timely platform support and coordinate key customer processes with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.

You will maintain the Help Center, manage onboarding and data hygiene in CRM systems, and track metrics to drive product and workflow improvements.
