Chadwick Nott is seeking a Data Protection Solicitor / FCILEX (5+ PQE) for a senior associate role in Exeter. You’ll lead on complex data protection matters for a range of clients across tech, IP, and regulated sectors, shaping how organisations manage, protect, and respond to data challenges.
The role covers advising on UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR; drafting DPIAs and DPAs; leading audits and incident response; mentoring junior lawyers; and contributing to business development.
