We are looking for a suitably qualified tradesperson who must be competent in undertaking a variety of bricklaying, concreting, drainage and roofing duties including repairs to tenanted and empty properties. Experience working in occupied properties, customer care understanding, and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bricklaying, concreting, drainage and roofing tasks.
- Carry out repairs to tenanted and empty properties.
- Work independently and multi-skill across various trades.
Qualifications:
- City and Guilds Advanced Craft or NVQ 3 in Bricklaying, or equivalent.
- Consideration for a time served construction tradesperson with NVQ 2 and significant experience.
- Current valid full UK Driving Licence.
