Consultant Solicitor

Are you a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive? Do you want to be a master of your own destiny?

I’m keen to speak to Solicitors and Legal Executives who wish to be Consultants on a fee‑share basis.

What You’ll Get

• 75% of your own billings (60% of referred work that you complete, and 15% of any work you introduce to the firm and is completed by colleagues)
• A fixed salary whilst you settle in (if necessary)
• Full autonomy over where and when you work (most of the lawyers work remotely)
• London‑office space (if necessary)

Qualifications

To be considered, you must be a confident, fully‑qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and have your own client base which you can handle without supervision (ideally a minimum following of £100,000). You must be a keen team player (there will be a fair amount of cross‑selling between the specialisms/colleagues) and have a strong client focus. These positions suit high‑performing lawyers who enjoy law but also are seeking a healthy work‑life balance and a generous remuneration.
