Compensation and Hours
- Start rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 after full training.
- Location: Wisbech.
- Job Type: Part‑time – 15 hours – 6 month FTC.
- Full flexibility required Monday to Sunday.
- Potential to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, pro‑rated based on key KPI performance.
About The Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer across our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior experience in pawnbroking is required; a genuine interest in people, strong integrity, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
