Senior Menopause Care Prescriber (Nurse or Pharmacist)

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced prescriber to deliver menopause care in our London practice. You will conduct synchronous video and asynchronous consultations, assess patients, and create individualized treatment plans including HRT and adjunct therapies.

The role requires NMC or GPhC prescriber status with 5+ years in women’s health and demonstrated expertise in perimenopause. MDT collaboration and high-quality outcomes are central to the position.
