Senior Rail Programme Manager – Public Sector, Hybrid

DFTO seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major and complex projects in line with the DFTO lifecycle. You will coordinate across DFTO, DfT and rail industry stakeholders to ensure outputs, outcomes and benefits are realised.

The role requires managing risks, reporting, and governance, with hybrid working options and scope across Waterloo/Leeds/Birmingham. Strong PMO experience and stakeholder management are essential.
