We are looking for a Two Fixed Term Access Hub Coordinator to join our team at the Harold Moody Health Centre.
Hours: 19 and 18.5 hours
Site: Harold Moody Health Centre SE17 2GN
Salary: £13.30 per hour

Main duties of the job
It is the role of the Nexus Access Hub Coordinators to assist our patients to access our services in the most effective way possible. To facilitate this the post holder will undertake the following:
- Greet and assist patients in using our services
- Handle patient enquiries courteously, efficiently and with empathy.
- Undertake administrative tasks with care and attention to details.
- Understand and work with the team to meet the key performance indicators for this role
Person Specification
Qualifications
- GCSE or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience
Experience
- Computer literate, including MS word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of providing support to patients and work colleagues
