Job Title: Care Assistant – Mornings & Flexible Hours
Location: Fareham
Pay: £16.59 – £17.15 per hour (weekdays £16.59, weekends £17.15, holiday pay included)
Job Type: Part‑time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend availability; Minimum 3 days per week
Shift Details
- Morning shifts: 7:00 – 13:00 (optional extension into the afternoon)
- Flexible day shifts: 9:30 – 13:00 and 17:15 – 22:00 (afternoon free)

Who We Are Looking For
Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, right to work in the UK, and availability for morning, evening, or split shifts.

Work Description
You will help people stay independent in their own homes—supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, and being the familiar face that makes mornings feel normal. Some days you may escort a client to a GP appointment. Other days the best thing you can do is sit down for a cup of tea and a proper conversation.
This is not a warehouse or a call centre. It is work that stays with you in the best way, and you get to give back to your local community.
