Chalfont St Giles Village School located in the heart of the Chilterns, is a Hard Federation between Chalfont St Giles Infant School & Nursery and Chalfont St Giles Junior School, which was formed in 2011. - You will work with a named child within the classroom supporting learning across the curriculum.
- Prepare and plan learning with the class teacher.
- Monitor the learning of the individual child and feedback to the class teacher.
- Lead interventions to support pre/post learning as planned by the class teacher.
