Responsibilities
- Cook and present dishes to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Help create daily specials to showcase skills and engage guests.
- Keep food prep areas stocked, clean, and ready throughout service.
- Follow food safety standards and help minimise waste.
- Collaborate with your team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar) or willingness to learn via the Chef Academy with funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
- Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
- A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork, and desire to learn.
