Design Manager – Pre-Construction & Delivery (Company Vehicle)

EQUANS is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design delivery on multiple projects from our Birmingham office. You will coordinate consultants, manage pre-construction activities and ensure design information aligns with procurement and production requirements.

You will drive value engineering, review technical submissions, and manage gateway/BSR processes while working with production teams to ensure clarity and constructability. A degree and industry experience are essential.
