My client is a large accountancy firm who are looking for a Business Support Manager in Birmingham.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to‑day operations.
  • Supervise and guide the secretarial and business support team to achieve objectives.
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
  • Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department.
  • Oversee compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for training and development within the business support team.

Profile

A successful Business Support Manager should have:
