Jr. Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to be responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise mobile application development. The role involves interpreting high-fidelity Figma designs, building seamless mobile frontends using React Native, and supporting Java-based backend services that power the application.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in cross‑platform mobile development for both iOS and Android, with the ability to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications for both iOS and Android using React Native.
• Translate complex Figma wireframes, designs, and prototypes into pixel‑perfect, interactive, and responsive mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to optimize user journeys and ensure the application is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with platform‑specific design guidelines, including Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Develop and maintain backend services and server‑side logic using Java to support seamless integration between the mobile frontend and backend systems.
• Design, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications with backend services and databases.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Work with cross‑functional teams including designers, backend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure mobile applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise development standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in iOS and Android mobile application development.
• Proven experience developing cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong backend development experience using Java.
• Experience converting Figma designs into mobile application screens with strong attention to UI details.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and platform‑specific guidelines.
• Experience with RESTful API design, development, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with mobile application testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Good understanding of frontend‑backend integration and database connectivity.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
