Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of the public areas and achieve assigned daily housekeeping tasks and schedules.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and assist in the efficiency and smooth running of the Housekeeping department.
- Report any suspicious activity to the public area supervisor or executive housekeeper.
- Ensure smooth delivery of guest dry‑cleaning.
- Walk and mop changing room floors and replenish public area washroom amenities every thirty minutes.
- Clean all basins, vanity shelves, mirrors, chrome areas, pipes, toilets and showers in the staff ladies’ and gents’ changing rooms.
- Clean and polish all doors, fittings, and clean glass lamps and mirrors as required.
- Deliver immediately to the Housekeeping office all Lost Property.
- Carry out routine and periodic cleaning in allocated areas, as directed by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably within a 4/5* hotel.
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high‑profile guests.
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written.
- A self‑starter and team‑player.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
