Responsibilities
- Support change delivery managers in the delivery of successful projects
- Ensure project management processes and practices are aligned with controls and governance standards
- Monitor project performance, including tracking of project progress, identification of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate project governance to align projects with organisation’s strategic objectives
- Provide change management framework training to project managers
Requirements
- Experience running a PMO for a large-scale transformation in Financial Services
- Practical and pragmatic implementation of best practice programme controls
- Maintaining integrated delivery plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management for complex, cross-functional programmes
- Maintaining a programme RAID log
- Providing clear programme communications to ExCo level audiences
- Managing senior stakeholders (MD/ExCo level)
