Supporter Welcome & Engagement Fundraising Officer

The Royal British Legion in London is inviting applications for a Welcome Officer within our Individual Giving team. You will help shape early engagement with new supporters and deliver well planned communications that introduce RBL in a timely and consistent way across touchpoints.

Working with managers, data colleagues and agencies, you will manage welcome journeys, apply insights to improve activity, and coordinate campaigns to nurture long-term supporter relationships.
