Residential Support Worker – Immediate Start, Term-Time (Autism)

Randstad Education are recruiting for a dedicated Support Worker at a specialist residential school near Crawley. This full-time role (44 hours/week) is term-time only with early and late shifts (6:30–13:30 and 15:30–22:00). You will support children and young people aged 6+ with complex needs in a residential setting, often in 1:1 or small groups.

Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in children’s residential care; relevant childcare or teaching assistant experience. Must have right to work in the UK.
