Join Inspire North’s Team as a Peer Coordinator! Do you have a passion for bringing people together, building confidence, and making a real difference across Wakefield?

Inspire North are looking for a Peer Support Coordinator who can spice things up—someone who can recruit, lead and inspire a team of Peer Support Mentors to help people at risk of homelessness find and keep a place to call home.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant peer support offer—leading your team, shaping group activities, and creating opportunities that help clients build skills, connections, and independence. You will deliver tenancy‑ready programmes and facilitate engaging drop‑ins and events, ensuring every activity has purpose and every person feels included. Working across the district, you’ll build strong partnerships and deliver support that is empowering, impactful and person centred.
