Early Help & Family Support Practitioner

Hurst Green is looking for three Family Support Workers in Dudley, England. The successful candidates will support families by delivering Early Help interventions and engaging with children and young people.

This role requires strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills. You’ll work in Dudley’s Best Start Family Hubs, with responsibilities including assessing needs and maintaining records while managing caseloads.
