Study Support Supervisor: Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

The Norton Knatchbull School is advertising a Study Support Supervisor apprenticeship (Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Level 3) starting September 2025. The successful candidate will support pupils across a range of subjects and provide high quality cover for lessons.

This 20‑month role runs 35 hours per week (08:15–15:45) with a salary of £20,273 FTE (£16,532 pro‑rata). Training by HOET includes four mandatory day courses, a structured off‑the‑job programme and an End Point Assessment.
