Zopa Bank Limited is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is customer-centric and a strong team player. You will deliver first-call resolution by working closely with other areas and taking ownership of each customer interaction to create an exceptional banking experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Manchester with the team in the office three days a week. You will work five days out of seven (37.5 hours), with 7.5 hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, plus one weekend a month.
